1. What should be included in the resume

1. Personal information:

Name: Make sure to write your real name, which will be used for identity binding during the interview.

Contact information: phone number, email address, etc.

Note: The phone number is combined with your name as your "unique identification number", and the email address is used to receive interview scheduling information.

2. Personal homepage: If you have a personal blog or GitHub page, you can add a link to it in your resume.

Remarks: If you don't write a lot, or don't have too many features, there is no need to write.

3. Education experience:

Education: list your education, including undergraduate and above, if there is a break in the middle, you need to explain

Remarks: If the resume is pushed directly to the group, if there are alumni who are colleagues, it is easy to endorse.

4. Major: Indicate the major or related major.

Remarks: State-owned enterprises see more, for example, they will also require professional corresponding codes. For students from major job-seeking companies, if they are in computer science and technology, software engineering majors will also have a certain degree of "impression points".

5. Honors: If you have won scholarships, awards in academic competitions, etc.

Remarks: If you have "Top Majors", "High Scores in Related Courses", and "National Scholarship", it is also a bonus item

2. Project internship experience writing (highlight)

Let me talk about something that may make you a little anxious. Students who are not recruited in the fall must strive for an internship experience!

There is such a joke on Maimai:

Now if you want to enter a big factory, you need to have an internship in a big factory first!

Now there are really many people who have internship experience, some even have two, some have three...

Students who don’t have one should not be anxious, because the internship is not about the brand of a big factory, but the project of a big factory.

If you have a good project in the laboratory, you can also get an offer!

So how to write the internship experience?

1. If the internship company is a big factory, be sure to write the name of the big factory and indicate the specific department of the internship.

Remarks: The interviewers of big factories are basically experts. Write down the specific department, the business you do, whether it is ToC or ToB, and other related things, so you can guess it.

2. Indicate the start and end dates of the internship. Too short internship is not recommended to write

一般来说,至少三个月的实习, 能完成一个完整的项目从开发到最后的上线作为结束。

3.实习负责工作撰写(重头戏)

实习负责工作的具体开发内容,这是面试官主要想与你进行技术交流的。写的工作内容要突出开发任务的特点,重点,难点,解决问题的办法,以及可优化的思考点。

备注:写实习工作的具体内容的时候,不要泛泛而谈,会让面试官抓不到重点!

你要做的是直接告诉面试你认为的项目重点,难点,你是怎么解决的?给大家我曾经做过的一个项目。

给大家演示一下:(某购物app的商品自动识别以及存储功能)

需求大致要求:

(1)需要识别10种蔬菜,10种水果,准确率需要达到90%以上

(2)需要将识别的商品进行录入,如果重复录入,保持不变

(3)有多个终端同时扫描,需要保证错误率并不超过1%

项目陈述:本项目中,我认为最重要的点就是保证模型的准确率以及录入商品最低的错误率!

为保证模型的准确率,我采用增加数据样本的办法,将业务方提供的10万张图片融合了开源数据集样本,数据传输借用了Spark数据引擎,由hive数据库进行样本数据的保存。

项目难点在于进行数据传输中发生了很多的数据拼装错误,我借用了锁机制,实现线程安全。

为了实现保证多个终端进行录入数据库中,尽可能保证错误率最低,我使用了线程池,实现多线程监听终端的请求。

备注:你可以看到,我在描述中会故意带有专有名词,Spark数据引擎,锁机制,多线程...

这是在引导面试官去和交流你感兴趣,并且擅长领域。

三、擅长技术栈

简历上的擅长技术栈,要写的尽可能详细,不要泛泛而谈!

(1)编程语言:熟练掌握Java语言的集合,HashMap等原理以及应用。

(2)框架使用:熟练使用Springboot后端框架的常用注解,IOC以及AOP机制原理与应用

备注:在自己擅长的技术栈的时候,相当于给面试关官划定“八股文”的范围,一定要写自己最擅长的,经得起推敲的!

4. What to avoid on your resume

(1) Irrelevant personal information: personal privacy information such as ID number and family members do not need to be provided

Remarks: ID number and other privacy-related information do not need to be provided. The first few digits of the ID number are the area code, and everyone knows it. Do not write height, weight, etc. that have nothing to do with the interview!

(2) Do not exaggerate or fabricate project experience, unfamiliar skills, etc.

Remarks: If you are not very familiar with skills, don't "dig holes" for yourself, and don't fabricate project experience. There is a "back-up" process before joining the job, and you should also pay attention to it!

(3) typos, spelling and grammatical errors

Note: Carefully check your resume to make sure there are no mistakes, especially in spelling and grammar. If there are typos, it will greatly reduce the impression points, especially for state-owned enterprises within the system!

5. Resume setting layout

(1) Choose a clear and concise font and a suitable font size to ensure that the overall resume is beautiful and easy to read

(2) Use bold or italics to highlight key information.

(3) Reverse chronological sorting: starting from the most recent experience, sorting in reverse chronological order, which is convenient for recruiters to view the latest achievements.

6. How to submit your resume

(1) Delivery from the company's official website:

Log in the resume to the company's official recruitment website, and fill in the basic information in PDF format. There is a lot of information to fill in, and you can upload the resume for automatic analysis.

(2) Recruitment software delivery

Similar to Boss Direct Recruitment and related Zhaopin recruitment software, it delivers recruitment, but it feels unsafe, and contacts sometimes lose contact.

Some of the above contacts are HR, and some are employees of the company. Relatively speaking, it will be a bit complicated, but the effect is not bad.

(3) Employee referral delivery (recommendation)

Now because there are bonuses for internal referrals, many employees of large factories have started to do internal referrals. Introduction is a matter of benefiting others and self.

Obvious benefits of referrals:

Direct referrals to leaders have a certain degree of impression points. At the same time, referrals can see your process in the internal system and can help you contact the corresponding HR to get a faster response.
