I want to change the recycle bin icon on the desktop to a picture I like.
2. Steps
1. Find the icon you like, two pictures, one picture represents an empty trash can, and the other picture represents a full trash can.
2. After finding the picture, convert the picture into .icothe format with the suffix name.

3. Change the suffix names of the two pictures to .dll format. The preparation work is now completed.
4. Desktop - right click - Personalize - Theme - Desktop icons; click the trash can - Change icon - replace it with the icon you just changed.
