Batch processing method for Mathtype formulas to display abnormally (displaying boxes) in Visio

Problem Description:

When using MathType to insert formulas in Visio, a box is always displayed. This situation often occurs after scaling the drawing to a certain extent, and there is a certain probability that the formula will not display properly, as shown in the following figure:

The troublesome method is to double-click the box in the picture to open the editor, and then press crtl+s to exit. However, it is not practical for situations like the picture above where there are a lot of formulas. It is too troublesome to open and save one by one; Here is a batch processing method, which is easier to do.

Solution:

1. Drag the mouse box to select all abnormal formulas, or directly ctrl+A to select all images

2. Click Format——>Picture Tools

3. Click Rotate -> Rotate right

4. Click Rotate to the left again to rotate the picture back to its original angle, so that all formulas are displayed normally.

Summarize:

This method is suitable for visio images that contain a large number of Mathtype formulas. It is more convenient and faster than manually double-clicking to save them one by one. Although I have not tried deforming the formulas, I estimate that it should also be effective. I look forward to leaving a message for feedback.
