The first step is to create a CESS wallet account .
What is a CESS wallet account?
CESS accounts carry users’ digital assets in the CESS network. Users need to keep their wallet mnemonics and backup files properly, because in the event of leakage or loss, users may lose the assets in their accounts forever. There are two ways to create an account, namely using the CESS blockchain browser to create an account and using the Polkadot.js wallet to create an account.

Method 1. Use CESS blockchain browser to create an account
1. Enter the CESS blockchain browser and click "Accounts" under "Accounts" in the top navigation bar. Then click " Add account ".
2. Please be sure to back up the 12 words of "Mnemonic seed" , check "I hava saved my mnemonic seed safely", and click "Next".
3. Enter the account name and password and click "Next".
4. Click "Save" to back up the account information. Please remember to keep the backup file in the following format: "cXhLyxxxxxxVcS8AVxxxxxju.json".
Method 2: Use Polkadot.js wallet to create an account
1. Use Chrome or Firefox browser to enter the Polkadot.js official link to install the Polkadot.js wallet . details as follows:
Click the "polkadot.js.org/extension" link in "extension".
2. Select the corresponding browser and download the polkadot.js plug-in wallet to the browser. After installation is complete, the wallet can be fixed for easy use.
3. Click the "Polkadot Plug-in Wallet" logo in the upper right corner of the browser to pop up the Accounts dialog box. Continue to click the "+" in the upper right corner, and then click "Create new account".
4. During the process of creating an account, be sure to keep the 12-word "MNEMONIC SEED" (mnemonic phrase). Enter the account name and password, and click "Add the account with the generated seed". Polkadot account created successfully!

5. Open the CESS official blockchain browser, refresh the page, and you will see that the Polkadot account of 5CQ7qxxxxxxamb8gBsPxxxxxnwe2 is converted to the CESS account of cXixxxxxfFNKjDVg85egxxxxxpcLaiA on the page.
