Abstract: Passwords are one of the core technologies for maintaining cyberspace security. The important role of commercial passwords in security authentication, encryption protection, trust transfer, etc. can effectively eliminate or control potential cyberspace security risks. In 2020, the "Encryption Law of the People's Republic of China" was officially promulgated and implemented, pointing out the direction for the promotion of commercial encryption applications. Taking the promotion of the application of commercial cryptography technology as the starting point, this paper sorted out the development history of domestic and foreign cryptography technology, sorted out the problems existing in the current application of commercial cryptography technology, and proposed a plan for the construction of a monitoring and sensing platform for commercial cryptography applications in response to the problem of non-standard application of commercial cryptography.
