This article will share and explain the threshold-based estimation of vegetation phenology in the Arctic used in the paper "Improved Estimates of Arctic Land Surface Phenology Using Sentinel-2 Time Series", especially the start and end dates of the vegetation season in the Arctic (SoS and EoS ) methods and codes. This method uses Sentinel 2 data and implements two threshold methods (threshold method without smoothing and threshold method after smoothing).
