[iPad Disabled] Unlocking Tutorial

When the iPad enters the wrong password multiple times, it will be automatically locked and deactivated. At this time, you can use iTuens or Tenorshare to unlock it.

1. Use iTunes to unlock

1. Download and installiTunes

2. Connect iPad to computer using data cable

3. Put the iPad into recovery mode, install the iPad power button and home button at the same time, and don't release them until the logo appears.

4. The iPad will then enter recovery mode

5. Open the installed oneiTunes. The device will be recognized and prompted to download the ios firmware version. Click to download. The firmware package is relatively large and takes a long time to download, so please be patient.

6. Then the prompt [Update] or [Restore] appears.

   • If you remember the power-on password, then choose to update.
   • If you don’t remember the power-on password, select [Recover] to erase all data on the device, including the password.

8. After downloading the firmware, the system will automatically start the iPad update.

10. After the update is completed, you will automatically enter the system and the interface will prompt:iPad不可用，请8小时后重试。

11. After retrying, enter the correct password to unlock and use it.

2. Unlock using Tenorshare

Before you start, you should note that currently Tenorshare unlocking requires registering an account and costs $36.

3. The device cannot be recognized

After connecting to the computer normally, a small mobile phone icon will appear on iTunes, as shown below:
