These can all be found through Records are used for reflection, and history can be used as a mirror to clarify gains and losses. Recording is the most basic meaning of writing for ordinary writers. You can express your emotions in the record, or vent your anger in the record. This place belongs only to you.
2. Think
When you have started to learn to record, you have to start writing with thinking. You can write about a person or something, and explore the most essential things through the surface of things, and find a point of view that belongs to you. Instead of following what others say, this is a process of independent thinking. It's like digging for treasure, and writing is just a tool, similar to a hoe. You need to use it to push away the soil bit by bit to find what is hidden in the soil. Maybe your point of view is flawed, but it doesn't matter. If you can try to think independently, it is already worthy of encouragement. 3. Review
Using writing to review what you did that day is a higher-level and timely way of thinking. Reflect on your own shortcomings, then provide timely feedback, and finally summarize ways to "correct when you recognize your mistakes." Over time, you will become a very good person.
