三、缠绕方式
一般情况下当吉他弦超过 .017 之后就会有缠绕层，民谣吉他弦缠绕的方式基本有一下几种。
Roundwound
这是最原始的缠绕方式，可以让我们的手指可以摸到缠绕的触感，这种缠绕方式也会让弦本身的声音偏亮。因为表面不光滑因此可以发出刮弦的声音。
Flatwound
这是在上世纪60 年代产生的缠绕方式，好处是让弦本身摸起足够平滑，又称平滑弦，坏处是会让声音偏暗。所以受到受爵士乐手以及灵魂乐手等喜爱。
Groundwound
Groundwound 算是结合上述两者所产生的工法。它先以Roundwound 完成缠绕之后再将表面磨平，因此既可以像 Roundwound 的音色一样偏亮，又可以像 Flatwound 一样光滑。
好的琴弦需要有好的音质、定弦快、音高稳定、良好的可演奏性以及较长的寿命这些条件，不同品牌的琴弦都有它独一无二的特性，没有任何一家的琴弦是最好的或是完美的，我们在选择琴弦时要清楚自己的音乐风格，然后来选择相应的琴弦。
作为吉他初学者，建议先选择自己弹奏起来更顺手的弦，等有一定基础后再考虑风格化的问题。

D'Addario：广大琴友用的较多的一个品牌。声音中规中距，可作为练习用弦。
2.Elixir：寿命长，Taylor琴的标配，对于一把普通的琴，换上Elixir的弦，对声音的改善明显，推荐作为练习弦使用，它真的很结实！用弦油保养得当的话，可以用很久！推荐使用 Phosphor bronze材质的弦，这个声音更真实一点，用了一段时间声音更暖。
3．Cleartone：很硬，很结实的琴弦，弹起来“铛铛”的那种感觉，所以适合演奏什么风格的音乐大家应该也能想得到，声音真的很clear，清脆而颗粒感强，琴弦偏贵，一套弦也能用很久。
4．Newtone：这个牌子的弦张力适中，声音清晰，而且很耐久，弹奏分解的曲子特别动听，推荐~
5．Dean Markley：比较推荐喜欢押尾、Masa的琴友使用，Masa用的是0.11的Dean Markley Alchemy，押尾则用的是Blue Steel的蓝刚2025 CL 12-54，有时他也用13的Martin，张力很大，如果用Sunrise拾音器配个好的前级，加上Blue Steel的弦出来的声音，就与押尾的声音很接近了，推荐使用。
6．Martin：马丁琴弦的种类太多，而且分的很细，而且马丁的琴，还是配上马丁琴弦的声音最好，那种暖暖的、淡淡的马丁声音，就会款款而来。
7．Ernieball：这个牌子可谓是享誉世界的电琴弦品牌，电吉他常用的琴弦，很多人可能没用过它的木吉他琴弦，其实效果其实也不错，有点像Dean Markley的感觉，张力大，没用过的建议买来试试，很适合Rock Style~
