XXXX prefix element of "mvc" unbound

This problem is due to the spring-servlet configuration insufficiency

Add one in the upper part

 

    xmlns:mvc="http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc" 

Then an additional one from below

 

 http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc.xsd
