The piezoelectric actuator may be due to RLC equivalent circuit shown in Figure 1, it has the following characteristics:

  • Low frequency high frequency capacitive, inductive IF
  • C0 and Cg in the contribution of high and low frequency of different low frequency to C0-based, high-frequency mainly to Cg
  • Inductive near capacitive switching discontinuous fp
