Win10 add the loopback interface
Right "this computer", select "Properties", click "Device Manager";
When you click the "Device Manager", a Device Manager options, select a user name, right click and choose "Add legacy hardware";
Click to enter the setup wizard interface, click "Next";
Select "install I manually select from a list of hardware (Advanced) (M)", and click "Next";
