flask coding problems

In our flask project by submitting a form to update the database when the data submitted unsuccessful, suggesting the following:
sqlalchemy.exc.InternalError: (pymysql.err.InternalError) (1366, "in here Incorrect String value: '\ xE9 \ x9C .......
and the like, it may be time encoding and the database you submit disparity in the number of sentences, the change has been encoded on it.
