Solution:
Winr + R to open the Run enter Regedit into the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ FileZilla Server \ find this path;
ImagePath key name will be found in FileZilla Server on the right path and the right to modify the new FileZilla Server path;
Then back to the service component;
