WinSCP 5.15.5 release, Windows graphical SFTP client

WinSCP 5.15.5 has been released, mainly because some fixes, updates are as follows:

• The security fixes PuTTY 0.73: On Windows, other applications can bind to a local port forwarding WinSCP same TCP port
• XML parser Expat 2.2.9 upgrade to version
• Fix bug: When re-open a remote file, and its local temporary copy has been deleted, it will error
• Fix bug: edit paths hidden behind the Browse button to the file / directory path selection box
• SSH private key tool (PuTTYgen and Pageant) upgraded to PuTTY 0.73
• The installer translation updates: Czech, Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Slovak and Turkish
