Xcode11 Developer Tool gone in Application Loader

After upgrading Xcode11 a lot of people did not find the Application Loader in the Open Developer Tool.

So if we want to how to do with it?

Firstly

Find the old version of the Xcode-> Contents-> Applications.

Like this

Copied to the same directory Xcode11's.

Restart Xcode11.

Then really have Application Loader.
