3. If present, RARP server give the source host sends a response packet and the IP address provided to the host using the other;
4. If there is not, RARP server which is not any response;
The source host receives the response message from the RARP server, the IP address obtained on the use of communication; RARP server if the response message has not been received, the failure of initialization.
