Objective and Principle 1M resistor connected in series between the USB housing and signal ground, and further connected to a capacitor 0.01uf signal ground, what can be thus treated:
1. The influence of noise is filtered out of the housing, it does not affect the signal;
2. The current is forced into the interior of the board to signal ground, rather than flowing to the housing.
