I like to park at the time of writing blog essays, with qq screenshot ctrl + alt + a to add pictures to blog. But I found a phenomenon that some pictures on the blog was very clear, like shots when some picture is somewhat blurred.

When the width is larger than 900 pixels screenshot, the image will appear distorted, 900 or less, no problem! Of course, the picture opens in a new window will still display properly.
So after a little time to look at the screenshot width size, try not to exceed 900px 900px if in the vicinity of words.
