sudo $ APT-GET install glibc-DOC
after installation and found there are still many functions incomplete, only a small fraction of pthread function, using apropos pthread or man -k pthread current manpages can find the manual on the pthread. Install manpages-posix-dev on it
$ sudo APT-GET install to manpages-the POSIX manpages-posix-dev
ubuntu man less than pthread_mutex_XX
