On the server (64-bit operating system) installed Microsoft Access Database Engine (x64), but the page still prompted to import xlsx unregistered Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0.
Attempts to enable 32-Bit Applications IIS the application pool was changed to false after normal.
But then import xls to suggest Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 not registered.
