Circuit principle: TL494 chip provides the PWM oscillation signal, but the limited drive capability of TL494, need to go through enhanced push-pull output drive capability. Push-pull output circuit is composed of transistors 882,772. PWM signal driving the enhanced GDT, GDT controlling full-bridge inverter circuit, full-bridge inverter circuit gives alternately positive and negative pulse of the pulse signal. After the positive and negative pulses of positive and negative pulse signal LC becomes smooth sine wave signal, a sine wave signal is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer.
