LibreOffice 6.4 has been released and now available for download on Windows, Linux and Mac, it has many new features, including two-dimensional code generator that can be used in the document.
Why do we need two-dimensional code generator? This is one of the issues that most people now on documents that may be encountered.
I am sure you know, is now becoming more common two-dimensional code, smart phones and other devices can scan two-dimensional code, fast read text and links and other information.
For example, if two-dimensional code is used to point to a link, when you use the phone scan two-dimensional code, the device's browser will automatically load the two-dimensional code page. With LibreOffice to be a new feature, you can easily generate such a two-dimensional code in any document.
Generate two-dimensional code does not require any advanced technology, a few mouse clicks on it.
Here to LibreOffice Writer as an example for other applications included in the suite is the same.
First, and most importantly, you must be processed documents in order to generate two-dimensional code. As shown below:

LibreOffice currently allows you to add links and text in a two-dimensional code, so use the box at the top to enter the information you want to read mobile devices. If you go into a Linux commune website, you need to use the following syntax:
LibreOffice also allows you to configure the size of the border you want to use two-dimensional codes - By default, it is set to 1, so I suggest you use it; otherwise, the two-dimensional code might look strange, but it also depending on the file you are working on.
However, would you click on the OK button, two-dimensional code will be added to your document. You can copy, paste and delete it, just like ordinary image, like - for example, you can cut and paste to move it to a different location in the document.
You can later edit the two-dimensional code, simply right-click on the "two-dimensional code editor (Edit QR Code)" ( as shown below ) can be. It provides the same interface to edit the URL or text and adjust the border.
Prior to LibreOffice update, use QR codes in a document is possible, but this release makes the code easier to use.
Of course, prior to this update LibreOffice, you can also use two-dimensional code in the document, but this version comes with the added feature of this two-dimensional code more convenient. As of this writing, there are some two-dimensional code generator add-ons available for download and installation of these add-ins for Microsoft Office productivity suite users to use on their devices, but most of LibreOffice functions provided in the same pre-installed tools function.
