Environment to build and run the configuration when pycharm RF script

1. Installation PyCharm;
2.file-> Setting, download the plug intellibot, restart PyCharm;
3. RF configuration identifying file types, filefile-> editor-> file types-> robot feature-> Add .txt *;
4. configure a single Examples Example case run and set by using the suite;
