• The formula used

• Enter the formula, press Enter generated sql
• A generation, select the remaining cells
• Fill down choice
  
• Copy the generated sql column
• New sheet
• Paste as values

• Now you can excel export to txt format
• Or directly copy the sql to navicat executed
