Yml specified activation file on a virtual machine path

Background: During the test, the test deployment services sometimes be limited by RD, and now we can specify the location yml / properties file on the virtual machines themselves, so that we can replace themselves

1. Add in a virtual machine parameters:

Dspring.config.location = yml on the server file path 

Example:

-Dspring.config.location=/opt/scf2/service/deploy/loanmis/config/application-qa.properties
