Since the openEuler 22.03 LTS SP2 version, the WSL sideload compressed package is released by default in the repo warehouse. Users who are inconvenient to access the Windows Store can use this method to install and experience openEuler WSL.
how to use
- Download the corresponding version of the WSL sideload release in the warehouse, such as the sideload.zip package of 22.03 LTS SP2;
- After downloading, unzip the zip, you can see that there is a cer certificate file and an appxbundle file;
- First double-click cer to install the certificate to trusted;
① Double-click xxx.cer
② Select the local computer (local machine), click Next
③ Select trusted people and click Next
④ Click Finish
- Double-click the appbundle to install the sideload. If you have followed the previously released 22.03 WSL, you will be prompted to update, click Install;
- After the installation is successful, the WSL initialization interface will pop up automatically to create an account.
