make-j8 make: Nothing to be done for 'all'.

进入caffe-faster-rcnn再一次运行make -j8 && make pycaffe时，出现如下错误：

Nothing to be done for 'all'.

出现这个语句的原因是，早就已经编译通过了，所有以再次执行会出现该提示，如果想要重新执行，可以先make clean，再输入命令make -j8 && make pycaffe，重新进行编译。
