How to install beego framework

1. open IpLookup website:  http://ipaddress.com/ip-lookup/ 
   lookup the ip addresses of github.com & github.global.ssl.fastly.net 
2. set hosts file, as following
   

3. set go proxy:
    3.1 refer: https://goproxy.io/zh/
    3.2 command: 
   

4. run beego command:
   go get github.com/astaxie/beego
