Android开发:手机震动工具类

新思路,如果你在做关于通知Notification方便的工作,在涉及到多种通知方式组合时(例如:铃声、轻震动、强震动等),感觉到系统提供的API比较吃力的话,建议可以自己来实现通知效果,根据开发经验,提供震动控制类,可以更方便的实现各种震动,而不用局限于系统内的震动方式。

工具类是一个综合类,比较杂,震动方法在最后面。
