主要优化点 1 优化取中间值 预览画面的尺寸与帧数
2 YUV_420_888toNV21 用c++ 重写,提升效率

找到合适的宽高比 尺寸
当前 4种(4:3 3:2 16:10 16:9) ,预览显示框TextureView 会根据选定相机输出比 重置自己的尺寸
找不到预定的比,用默认的图像会拉伸
这里 希望找到 屏幕 的 1/9 到 1/6 相机输出图像 ,如果屏幕像素比320*240还小会出问题,
屏幕不会这么小的吧
宽高比 这里放到10倍了
