mininet安装出现Cloning into 'openflow'... fatal: read error: Connection reset by peer问题

 主要原因：openflowswitch.org总是offline。

utl/install.sh中的git clone git://openflowswitch.org/openflow.git

修改为：github.com/mininet/openflow.git

但最好还是git checkout -b 2.2.2 2.2.2，2.2.1版本中的install.sh过于陈旧。
