不知道什么缘故导致Eclipse 中 CVS show histoy 显示空白，推测可能是非正常关闭Eclipse 导致的，经过网上查找 的到原因可能是.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui/dialog _settings.xml file 文件出问题。通过英文google搜索，并实践找到如下解决方案，并实践发现可行：
- close Eclipse (关闭Eclipse)
- delete .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui/dialog _settings.xml file （删除该 路径下的文件）
- start Eclipse （重启Eclipse）
- do history and see it work （见证奇迹！）
