C300 OLT 配置PPPoE Plus 端口定位功能

PPPoE Plus： 可实现 OLT 自动下发 PPPoE WAN连接 配置

注意：只有switchport-bind switch_0/1 iphost 才会下发配置；若是绑定veip；无法下发配置
1、全局模式下开启PPPoE-Plus使能

2、 在GPON ONU接口下配置PPPoE-Plus使能

3、在远程ONU模式下配置下发PPPoE WAN连接
