java对网络图片进行签名

对网络图片进行签名,之前在与遇到

JPEGImageEncoder encoder = JPEGCodec.createJPEGEncoder(out);
encoder.encode(image);

启动时候有问题,后来换成了ImageIO.write(image, "jpg", out),就没有问题。
