Resolution
Open the default profile (/usr/sap/
Change the parameter "service/protectedwebmethods = SDEFAULT" to "service/protectedwebmethods = SDEFAULT -GetAccessPointList"
Save Profile file.
Restart the sapstartsrv service. You can restart the service via SAP MMC (right-click on SID > Restart Service) or using sapcontrol: sapcontrol -nr XX -function RestartService (where XX is the instance number)
