win+R，输入cmd，打开cmd窗口
进入到 mysql bin目录的路径下，例如我的是：
cd C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\bin
再C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\bin>mysql -u root -p
在CMD窗口打开mysql
