一直正常运行的项目这次运行时出现了：

解决方法：
File -> Settings... -> Build -> Debuger ->Instant Run 在如图所示取消勾选。
它是如何出现的呢？ 因为以前建了一个A项目，正常运行后，后来在手机上把这个APP给删除了，后来再运行时，它就出现了这样的提示， 原因是签名不对，所以要重新让你安装 ，你取消inistant Run的勾选后，它就可以安装了，但是每次都要你输入手机上的密码。
没有办法只能这样了，除非你把它的代码拷贝到一个新工程上去运行。
