Android 安卓将网络图片保存到相册

封装了一个工具类！

请先加上读写权限:

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>

如果是Android6.0之后，加上权限后再动态申请权限

该类所带工具：

SaveNetPhotoUtils.savePhoto(上下文, 网络图片url);
SaveNetPhotoUtils.savePhoto(上下文, 网络图片url, 图片名字 + 后缀);
