Mysql : InnoDB: Table flags are 0 in the data dictionary but the flags in file ./ibdata1 are 0x4800!

Mysql报错，是因为自己之前装的高版本然后再装低版本导致的，
[FATAL] InnoDB: Table flags are 0 in the data dictionary but the flags in file ./ibdata1 are 0x4800!

网上说的解决办法，试了下都不行，最后重新装了虚拟机
