使用 nvm 下载 node 版本时出现报错：

ERROR open \settings.txt: The system cannot find the file speci

经查找后发现是 nvm 下载的文件没有修改文件夹权限，解决方法：

对 nvm 文件夹右键打开属性

选择安全后点击编辑

在权限选择中勾选完全控制后点击应用
