Ubuntu /etc/rc.local 不存在

从Ubuntu16.10以后，这个文件就不存在了

解决方案

新建这个文件，加入以下代码，在exit 0 之前加入你想加（开机自启）的东西

（注意不要包含有死循环的程序，否则会造成启动失败，请使用screen来让他们在开机时运行）
（如果已经发生了，使用可读写的单用户模式修改这个文件）

执行以下命令已确保设置成功

sudo chown root:root /etc/rc.local
sudo chmod 755 /etc/rc.local
sudo systemctl enable rc-local.service
