Android studio 3.2.1新建工程报错问题（自用）

I created a  new prject that features as empty activity in the IDE  Android studio 3.2.1. when build the project ,a lot of errors occues. It seems that it  could not to parse  some XML files correctly.  I try to find the reason and answer on the internet, unfortunately I do not find the answer.

Finally,  I got the way to solve  this problem.Here is the answer:

change the default directory of the Gradle.
