除了I was thinking about ...，还可以说
- ... is the thing I was thinking about.
- I planned to ...
- I was considering ...
- I could ... I suppose.
e.g.
- Taking my son to a theme park this Friday is the thing I was thinking about.
- I planned to go hiking this Sunday.
- I was considering visiting my brother this Saturday, but I don't know if they will have other plans that day.
- I could go to the new Indian restaurant for dinner, I suppose.
