anaconda的使用相关问题

1. 用python -m pip install --upgrade pip升级pip时出现报错twisted 18.7.0 requires PyHamcrest>=1.9.0, which is not installed.
   解决：PIP install PyHamcrest

2. 通过anaconda添加第三方库时出现报错Non-zero exit code
   很奇怪，添加库报错，但是anaconda的库都可以用
