ZCC2007 output synchronous boost power output 5V 7A - Alternatively SY7066
ZCC2007 boost converter is a fully integrated, high efficiency, high power density, current mode output isolation switch, it can start from the input voltage as low as 1.8V , up converted to an output voltage of 5.5V. During the shutdown, it can be output from the input is disconnected.
The converter incorporates two 7A / 20mΩ power switch, provides an output current is greater than 2.5A at 2.5V input supply 5V output. When output short circuit, ZCC2007 enters hiccup mode output is automatically restored after the short-circuit elimination.
ZCC2007 further comprising an input undervoltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, over current protection cycle, thermal shutdown, and short circuit protection to prevent damage to the output overload.
