ZCC9430 synchronous boost chip (independent research and development)
I. Overview
ZCC9430 chip is a 600KHz having automatic adjustment of the
frequency, high efficiency, wide input current range mode step (the BOOST)
chip, and has a high efficiency synchronous boost and adjustable current limiting function.
The fully integrated power supply chip low-resistance power MOSFET, a can
achieve high power output simultaneously, greatly simplifying the design of the external circuit,
while the low-power, high-efficiency power switch. The user may flexibly
create dynamic external loop compensation, obtained under all conditions in most
excellent transient performance.
ZCC9430 chip also includes undervoltage lockout, over-current protection and over-
temperature protection, to prevent damage when the output is overloaded.
