ZCC9430 is a chip having a frequency of 600KHz automatic adjustment, high efficiency, wide input current range mode step (the BOOST) chip, and has a high efficiency synchronous boost and adjustable current limiting. The fully integrated power supply chip low-resistance power MOSFET, a power output can be achieved at the same time, greatly simplifies the design of the external circuit, while the low-power, high-efficiency power switch.
