FP7128 is an average current mode control LED driver IC with stable output constant current capability, excellent load regulation and high precision current control. There is no need to add additional external compensation components, which simplifies PCB board design. PWM digital dimming is acceptable, and the recommended dimming frequency is 0.1kHz~20kHz.

Application conditions:
Input voltage = 58V~72V
Output LED Voltage = 52V
Output LED current = 2A
Dimming range: 0.1%~100%
C1: Input capacitor, the capacitor value is determined by the output wattage to stabilize the input voltage ripple.
C2: VDD voltage stabilizing capacitor, it is recommended to use chip capacitors (MLCC)
C5: Output capacitor: reduce output current ripple and improve EMI electromagnetic radiation.
R1: Drop-down resistor, this resistor will consume a lot of wattage, it is recommended to use multiple resistors in parallel.
RCS: Output current setting resistor, it is recommended to be as close to the IC as possible to reduce the output current detection error.
D1: output filter diode, it is recommended to use Schottky diode to reduce the power loss on the diode.
L1: This inductor provides circuit loop energy storage/discharge and filtering functions. The larger the output wattage, the thicker the wire diameter; the inductance will directly affect the operating frequency, and an appropriate inductance value should be designed according to the working conditions.
