PMP learning summary

At the end of October 2017, I signed up for the two courses of "PMP" and "Information System Project Manager" on 51CTO (Micro Position), and successfully passed the PMP exam in March 2018, and obtained I got a good grade (5A) and summed up my experience and experience in this exam preparation process.
To pass the PMP exam, I would like to thank Mr. Wang An, the PMP teacher in the micro position, for his teaching, from the simple to the deep, from the easy to the difficult. The language of teaching and explanation is humorous and easy to understand. Secondly, I would also like to thank all the students, teaching assistants and teachers in the group. It was their wonderful discussions and sharing that saved me a lot of detours. I would also like to thank my family for their understanding and support. In the end, the most important thing is my personal efforts. It took me nearly 5 months from joining the study to taking the exam.
In the early stage, I made use of all the time to study: on the way to and from work, in my spare time at work, through mobile phones, computers or printed paper materials, I read "PMBOK Fifth Edition" and Dr. Wang Xiaojin's "Interpretation of the PMP Exam". , Dr. Qiang Maoshan's "Successfully Passed the PMP" and other e-books, the "Bible" has been read no less than 6 or 7 times, and the books of Dr. Wang and Qiang have also been read at least three times. In the evening and on rest days, watch the video courses on the micro-job, and review and record the understanding in time for some incomprehensible content.
In the mid-term, during intensive reading, key knowledge points are marked, and mind maps are used to organize and summarize each knowledge point. Actively participate in group discussions, participate in live classes in a timely manner, and answer mock exam papers in a timely manner. After completing the questions, review them in time, find the source and original text of the wrong knowledge points from the Bible, and focus on understanding them, especially for the knowledge points that repeatedly appear wrong in the simulation questions.
Due to the long time span, in the later stage of preparation for the exam, there was slack in learning. At the end of the year and the beginning of the year, the work of the unit suddenly became busy, and because of the Chinese New Year, the learning process was suddenly stagnant. Fortunately, due to the sufficient preparation for the test in the early stage, it can be regarded as a buffer in advance. Two weeks before the test, adjust the mentality and make reasonable arrangements. Good work, and finally performed normally in the examination room and achieved good results.
Through this PMP exam preparation study, I have a systematic understanding of project management knowledge, so that in my daily work, I can use the project management method to think about how to decompose, execute, and effectively communicate with each other. communication to achieve higher efficiency and better results.
